Shipping Policy

Where's my order? 

With every item being hand crafted and battered the fulfillment of your order may take up to 3-5 business days (not including weekends of holidays).  During sale events or unfortunate circumstances fulfillment of your order may exceed it's prompted timeframe. Once your item is fulfilled, it will be shipped with the providing shipping carriers and an email will be sent with your tracking number. 


Please check your junk mail if you haven't received your confirmation number. If then you have not received such information contact us at [email protected]. Once you receive your tracking information via email the order number is evidence that your order has been fulfilled and processed successfully. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic Priority Shipping 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after your tracking number has been submitted via email. 


International/ Standard Shipping 5-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) after your tracking number has been submitted via email. 


Due to the global wide pandemic with our providing carrier  shipping may be delayed for various reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to COVID, we will not be accepting returns once the items are delivered. Please refer to the Refund Policy for better options.
